By confirming your order you accept the following Terms and Conditions.

RETURNS POLICY

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Due to the nature of the product being bespoke we cannot accept returns, except for damage in transit or manufacturing default. Returns should be made within 14 days and in original, undamaged packaging. Bear & Block will accept returns provided:

The goods have not been opened

The packaging is intact

We recommend using a tracked service as we aren’t liable for items lost being returned to us. We are unable to refund the cost of returning the parcel to us presently.

DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS

If you have ordered by telephone or internet, under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a statutory right to cancel your order within seven working days and receive a full refund for any home delivery, even if there is nothing wrong with the goods.

To cancel, you can contact the addresses given below within seven working days commencing the day after delivery of your item(s), quoting your order number. You must take reasonable care of the item(s) and the item(s) must be in fully re-saleable condition as described above.

Refunds will be made to the card that was used in the original purchase.
